Comfort Aruosa – Osemwegie ACISI, CFC, is currently the CEO, CAO Partners Limited an independent Investment Advisory and strategy company with comprehensive financial development services committed to helping individuals and companies improve their long-term financial success. She is a seasoned Investment and investment research and Business Incubation strategist with over a decade’s experience in the Nigerian Business Environment, specializing in research and analysis of investments, businesses and financial markets. An Associate of the Certified Institute of Securities and Investment UK; Member, Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), Global Association of Risk Professionals, Institute of Financial Consultants and the American Academy of Financial Management. She is a United Nations trained Capital Market Development and Negotiation of Financial Transactions practitioner.

She has managed and advised top corporate finance transactions, both locally and internationally for Institutional Investors and HNI’s. As an Independent Fund Manager, she has managed a portfolio in excess of $950 million dollars as funds under management.

Her experience spans Business development and strategy, entrepreneurship development and management, customer service, brand development and management having worked closely with leading international brand and management consultants. She is a member of the Knowledge Management Institute (KM institute), and a Member of the Global Entrepreneurship Institute.

Comfort has facilitated business strategy, investment management and retirement management sessions for staff of top organizations in Nigeria such as Nigerian Ports Authority, Standard Chartered Bank, Union Bank, Futureview Financial Services, Afterschool Graduate Development Centre, Technology Incubation Center under the Ministry of Science and Technology with over a hundred small businesses, several faith-based organizations etc. She is also on the faculty of some leading light consulting firms in Nigeria, The Knowledge Channel (TKC) Africa Business Partners Network etc.

She was once Head Investment Strategy and Business Support Services, Primewealth Capital; Head, Investment Research, Futureview Financial Services and many years before then was Research Officer, Stockwatch. Comfort is a Statistics graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University and holds an advanced diploma in Business Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University. In addition, she holds Post Graduate Certificate in Investment Management from the University of Wales, UK.
